tenure-track and teaching-track positions to start in Fall 2023 or Spring
2023.

*(A) Tenure-Track Faculty Position:* We seek an excellent faculty member at
all levels in computer science. The position is tenured or tenure-track at
SUNY Korea. It also carries an affiliated faculty position with the
Computer Science Department at Stony Brook University – State University of
New York (SUNY), Stony Brook, NY (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.cs.stonybrook.edu/__;!!IBzWLUs!TlotxJLlELYND9fWIJPlU__KA0f5zTNiv3esumefTYcolBTVjCBGH7Lh-DkfOnyAkZkBwkM7ouxjW2jhNnqVUmQ8EvOb6k9s-A$  ).
Applicants should hold a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field
and exhibit a strong commitment to research and teaching.

*(B) Teaching-Track Faculty Position:* We also seek an excellent full-time
teaching faculty. The candidate will teach introductory and advanced CS
undergraduate and possibly graduate courses. An excellent candidate can be
converted into tenure-track at SUNY Korea later. Engaging in research is
encouraged but not mandatory. Applicants should hold a PhD or MS in
Computer Science or a closely related field and strongly commit to teaching.

The SUNY Korea CS department offers BS (ABET accredited), MS, and PhD
degree programs that are tightly integrated with the highly ranked CS
department at Stony Brook University, New York. The academic degrees
awarded at SUNY Korea are identical to those of Stony Brook University. The
language at SUNY Korea is English.
