[TYPES/announce] OPLSS 2025 registration still open

We currently have over one hundred applications for OPLSS 2025.
We can accept a few more, so registration will remain
open until April 25.

Unfortunately, we no longer have any fellowships available; however, we are still seeking
additional support, so please let us know if you need the housing grant.
