PROFESSOR POSITION AT ENS PARIS in 2005

The Computer Science Department of Ecole Normale Superieure, Paris,
will open a position next year. Applications will be received some time 
early next year.
But applicants need to have passed the national qualification procedure,
which begins

******* as early as October 2004 (see details at the url indicated 
below).  ******

The ENS is the top academic institution in France, and teaching 
conditions
are particularly attractive (few and excellent students).
The department is affiliated with CNRS and INRIA, the two major
national research institutions covering computer science.

The profile is very open.
We seek a top scientist, ideally speaking fluent enough French
and in  the age range of 35/45.
