[TYPES] PS to Great Works in Programming Languages

Several people have proposed more papers that ought to be added to the
list.  I'm happy to do so, but it is much easier if references can be
sent in bibtex format -- could people that have recently sent non-bibtex
suggestions please resend them?  

I've also fixed some typos in the page.  (The page title is fixed and
the final section now omits all papers listed in the earlier sections.)
