HKU CS department offers summer internships for undergraduates from 
Mainland China and overseas countries every year

I really appreciate your inquiry and your organization of REPL at UPenn. 
This helps to increase the exposure of PL. Many undergraduates are 
interested in PL and are seeking opportunities, while many others (at 
least in China) are not yet aware of PL as a potential research 
direction.
