Log:
* tidying and bugfixes in several places, especially the stasher
* inserted calls to Xferhint.delete and Xferhint.rename into Os.delete and Os.rename
  (they almost always go together, and it makes Xferhint.delete recursive at the same
   time)

We are quite done now, it's time to test and debug :)
