Log:
* Better documentation of \verb|ignore| and \verb|ignorenot| preferences.

* Added \verb|.mpp| files to ``never fastcheck'' list (like \verb|.xls|).

* Added a new \verb|mountpoint| preference, which can be used to
  specify a path that must exist in both replicas at the end of update
  detection (otherwise Unison aborts).

* Fixed the -selftest module so that tests across a network also run correctly.
