[Unison-hackers] Is this possible to have Unison not delete any files and to add only new files and modify the files...while synchronizing the files...

This would be a useful behavior, but it's not implemented at the  
moment.  If someone wanted to take a crack it it, it should not be  
too hard -- one would modify the same function that handles -prefer  
and -force.
