[Unison-hackers] Sys_error("is a directory") in 2.28.4

Hello all,

I seem to have some strange kind of corruption of my archive.  These
are roots I sync all the time, but all of a sudden I get a
Sys_error("is a directory") exception whenever I try to unison using
the X11 GUI (on Mac Os X 10.4).  It still works if I use "-ui text".

I've attached the output of "-debug all" in case it helps.
