Yes. You need to download BWToolkit from:
 http://www.brandonwalkin.com/bwtoolkit/

Extract the archive and double-click on the proper .ibplugin file (Leopard or Snow Leopard).
Make sure the .ibplugin file is always at this location since Interface Builder will keep a reference to this file.
Then it should work (hopefully).
