[Unison-hackers] code compile tutorial

Is there a faq, tutorial, or specific directions on how to compile 
unison on windows? What tools to collect and so forth? Most of my 
development is on Windows and I try to do everything from USB for 
portability if possible. I would like to have one contained set of 
directories so I can tweek and compile from anywhere. Has anyone done 
something like this, and if so, then how?
