[Unison-hackers] OPAM files: write or generate

Dear hackers,

In PR #671 I proposed to generate `unison.opam` from `dune-project`
file instead of writing it by hand.
The pending questions are:
1. Should the OPAM file be generated or written? and
2. If generated, should the OPAM file be checked into the Git repository?

I hope to hear your thoughts on this.
