Hello Sam,
Ralph Matthes has written
(APAL 133, pp. 205-230, 2005) A manuscript on "Non-Strictly Positive
Fixed-Points for Classical Natural Deduction"
http://www.irit.fr/~Ralph.Matthes/works.html
which contains system F^+ with commuting conversions as a subsystem.
The SN proof scales to Fomega.
Cheers,
Andreas
