Oxford University's library, the Bodleian, offers to scan theses for about £30-£50 last time I checked. You can contact them here:

If you, or anyone else, is feeling particularly vigorous, you can try getting in touch with Christopher and ask him to grant the Bodleian the copyright to put his thesis on their public repository, ORA, for free. This process amounts to signing a simple form.

All Oxford theses submitted today are required to grant the Bodleian a similar copyright, so it's only due to historical lack of foresight that the copyright wasn't asked for during submission.

I don't have an electronic way to contact Christopher, maybe others here do. His most recent paper puts the affiliation as:

Pagoda, 73 Orchard Way, Wantage, Oxon, OX12 8EB, UK

This address seems to be a residential home. If no one here has electronic contact details, it may be worth sending (*gasp*) snail mail, explaining the process and asking whether he would agree for the Bodleian to make his thesis available.
