[TYPES] Bibliography of Cyclic and Non-well-founded Proof Theory

Dear Colleagues,

For a while I have been maintaining a private bibliography of all
references I know of related to non-well-founded and cyclic proof theory
and its applications.

I am not currently aware of any comparable publicly available resource,
and I thought that my bibliography could thus be of benefit to our
research community. So I have now made it available on Github pages:

     https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://reubenrowe.github.io/cyclic-proof-bibliography/__;!!IBzWLUs!TnVCQINddOFeCSK0IRNasHTn0gZNf7o_QC1fV0-JjpJ1TCC_9E4352uTTkDJ8kOj14-AxwAqKjcIyAreiennRAjjv-A5ZUI5IZ66$

Currently, it contains ~160 references, comprising published articles,
masters and phd theses, and preprints.

I debated whether this was relevant to the TYPES community, and in the
end decided that it would be: many of the items have been published in
venues of interest to the TYPES community (POPL, LICS, CONCUR, etc.),
and cyclic proof methodology has found a number of applications to
program verification and synthesis, termination and type checking.

I would welcome suggestions of any relevant items I have missed. Please
feel free to email me, or submit an issue on the Github repository.
